5. **Tap the edit tool (pencil) on the document to open the tool and draw a rectangle in the center of the page.**
Most drawing tools that have been inspired by art and painting come with such options, such as rotate, flip, and scale.

If you’d rather not draw a line, there’s a line tool. You can use the Line tool to create new lines that will appear as perfectly straight lines. Just choose a line in the Create a New Guide area and then click the Line tool to create a new line.
10. **Edit the colors of your lines and also create some colors on the horizon line, and on the left and right edges of the photo.**
Photoshop has various preprogrammed colors you can choose, and you can create your own. Click the Edit Colors tool and then choose the new color to use. In this example, I created some orange and yellow colors along the left and right edges of the photo, as well as some greens in the sky area. (See the next page for details on creating colors.)
11. **To copy the background color from the photo and past into the canvas, choose Edit > Copy.**
You can then paste the color into the canvas, either on a new layer or by copying a layer from the photo.
Don’t worry about losing the layer visibility. Your selection or color won’t disappear or become invisible. It’s there but hidden, which means it’s sitting in your Background layer. By default, all layers are displayed so you can see the layers on a photo. In this case, it doesn’t make sense to see the photo’s background color and then work on the Photo layer

Homologs of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) have been extensively studied in a variety of eukaryotes. A zebrafish homolog of TLR5, zTLR5, was previously identified by the identification of four zTLR5 cDNAs from a cDNA library of zebrafish embryonic head. Although zebrafish is an established model organism for the study of vertebrate immune response, information about TLR5 signaling in zebrafish is limited. In this study, we characterized and analyzed the expression and function of zTLR5. Recombinant zTLR5 was found to bind specifically to short-form lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from Escherichia coli, and TLR5 signaling in zebrafish embryonic fibroblasts was significantly up-regulated by short-form LPS stimulation. zTLR5 is ubiquitously expressed at the mRNA and protein level in all tissues of zebrafish embryo. In contrast to TLR5 signaling in mammals, zTLR5-stimulated zebrafish embryonic fibroblasts produced both proinflammatory (IL-1beta, TNFalpha) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (TGFbeta1). I’m using this table to populate the headings in my article.
I have a million reasons not to use the TOC and so have been using a table to generate a simplified table of contents.
I’m having a real problem with the long row at the bottom. It just looks ugly and the only way I can seem to get it to work is to use inside and that’s not very CSS3 friendly.

You can use the UnicodeDecodeError exception:

But that’s not working either.
You shouldn’t decode numbers from the file and then decode them back, because that would probably not make any sense.
From the unicode standard, line.strip() returns bytes, not unicode, so it is probably a good idea to first decode the unicode string before converting it back to bytes, like this:
